Creating or Activating Your SC Nutra Account

Creating or activating your SC Nutra account allows you to access our SC Nutra Rewards Programme and, if you’re a subscriber, manage your subscriptions with ease. This includes the ability to cancel, skip, delay orders, and make other changes whenever needed.

Creating an account is straightforward, but some confusion can arise if you’ve previously placed orders using guest checkout. Guest checkout doesn’t require an account to be created, which means you may have ordered from us without ever setting one up.

New Customers – First Order

If you haven’t placed an order with us before, simply follow the link below to create an account.

Setup is quick and easy — you’ll just need your:

First name

Last name

Email address

Password

Card details are never stored online. When an order is placed over the phone, card information is used solely to process the payment and is not retained, for security purposes.


Existing Customers – Activating Your Account

If you’ve placed an order with us previously but haven’t yet activated an account, you can do so using the same link below:

Not Sure If You Already Have an Account?

If you’re unsure whether you’ve already created an account, the easiest way to check is to visit the account registration page and complete the form. Just follow the link below: https://www.scnutra.co.uk/account/register

One of two things will happen:

An account is created successfully

This means no account previously existed using that email address. Simply make a note of your login details or save them in your browser for next time.

Or

You’re redirected to the login page

This means an account linked to your email address has been found. To regain access, click “Forgotten your password?”, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the password reset email.


Account Access via Shop

If you use Shop to place orders with Shopify-based stores, you may already have access to your SC Nutra account through your Shop login.

If you have the Shop app and receive a one-time PIN to your phone when signing in, this indicates an account has already been created for you.
