Website Update: Our Move from sweetcures.co.uk to scnutra.co.uk
We have recently updated our website address from sweetcures.co.uk to scnutra.co.uk.
This change is part of our ongoing brand update for the retail side of our business. While the website address looks a little different, we want to reassure customers that everything else remains the same.
It is still the same company, the same team, the same products, and the same customer service you know and trust.
What has changed?
The main change is our website domain:
Old website: sweetcures.co.uk
New website: scnutra.co.uk
This is simply a branding update. We have moved our retail website to SC Nutra to better reflect the wider range of products we now offer, including Waterfall D-Mannose, UniBac Live Bacteria, Wild Oregano Oil C80, urine test strips, and other specialist nutritional products. In the coming months and years, the Sweet Cures name will increasingly represent the manufacturing arm of our business, while SC Nutra will become the main retail brand our customers shop from online.
What stays the same?
Everything important has been carried over, including:
- Customer accounts
- Order history
- Active subscriptions
- Reward points, where applicable
- Saved customer details
- Product information
- Customer service support
You do not need to create a new account if you already had one with us. Your existing customer account has moved across to the new website.
Will my subscription continue as normal?
Yes. If you have an active subscription, this has been carried over to the new website.
Your subscription will continue as normal unless you choose to change, pause, or cancel it. You can still manage your subscription through your customer account, just as before.
Why your device may not remember your login details
Although your account itself has not changed, the website address has.
Many phones, tablets, computers, browsers, and password apps save login details against a specific website address. This means your device may still have your email address and password saved under sweetcures.co.uk, rather than scnutra.co.uk.
Because of this, your device or password app may not automatically fill in your login details when you visit the new website.
How to update your saved login details
In most cases, this should be very simple.
Visit scnutra.co.uk and log in using your usual email address and password. When your device, browser, or password app asks whether you would like to save or update the login details, choose to save them for the new website.
Once this has been done, your saved details should work as normal the next time you visit.
What if my saved password does not appear?
If your password does not appear automatically, it may still be saved under the old website address.
You can either check your browser or password app for saved details under sweetcures.co.uk, or you can reset your password and save the new details under scnutra.co.uk.
What if I cannot remember my password?
If you cannot remember your password, the simplest option is to request a password reset.
Go to the account login page on scnutra.co.uk and select the password reset option. You will then receive an email allowing you to create a new password.
Once you have created your new password, log in again and allow your device, browser, or password app to save the updated details for scnutra.co.uk.
A quick note about saved passwords
This update does not mean your account has been deleted or changed. It simply means your saved login details may need to be updated because the website address is now different.
Your account, subscriptions, and order information have all been carried over.
